That is what I’m interested in. To give the rebellious, creative side of me its own playground.
About Me
Brian Tinerella
I’m Brian Tinerella, Director at Interactive Inks & Coatings, though that title only tells part of the story. I’m a husband, dad, creative mind, and restless soul who’s spent the last 20+ years building brands, teams, and ideas that started as nothing more than scribbles on bar napkins.
I’ve torn down systems and rebuilt them stronger, not because it’s easy, but because I love the process of making things better.
At Interactive, I oversee technology, HR, finance, and the overall direction of the company. I started on the production floor and worked my way up, learning every corner of the manufacturing and printing world firsthand. That hands-on experience shaped how I lead today: with structure, curiosity, and deep respect for the people who make it all happen.
Outside the office, I’m fueled by movement and creativity. I’ve run marathons and triathlons, train Jiu Jitsu, practice yoga, draw, play drums, and occasionally still convince myself I can land something clean at the skate park. And yes, I’m also the guy who reads financial statements for fun.
Most importantly, I’m a proud dad of three amazing kids and husband to an incredible woman who keeps me humble, grounded, and honest. I don’t show up perfectly every day, but I show up fully , and that’s the same energy I bring to everything I do.
